Buddhist Meditation & Study 25/2/14

“Just as the great ocean has one taste, the taste of salt, so also this Dhamma and Discipline has one taste, the taste of freedom.” – The Buddha

This week we will be taking another look at this teaching from the Udana. We’ll be exploring some important questions: ‘What is freedom?’. How do we relate to freedom in our own lives? What does the Buddha mean by freedom?
