On Saturday 10th May, from 9-5, we will be exploring ways of dialoguing with ourselves and others in compassionate ways.
The day will include meditation, study, group work and a small ritual.

A Puja is a celebratory ritual. Don’t worry if you’ve never been to one before. You are welcome to simply watch or join in if you like. Please feel free to bring offerings for the shrine such as flowers, incense, images, or anything else you fancy.
