From Thursday 10th October we are launching “Dharma Night”. This is a chance to explore Buddhist themes and their relevance to our lives in some depth, and will be led by Visada, a highly experienced Triratna Buddhist Order member who lives locally in Milton Keynes.
Dharma night will be a chance to explore basic Buddhist teachings in a bit of depth; a good introduction for the beginner as well as a way for the more experienced to take their understanding and practice deeper. Some familiarity with the two meditation practices we teach would be helpful but not essential. It will take place on Thursday evenings, beginning at 7:00pm and finishing at 9:00pm. The venue will be Simpson Village Hall – Hanmer Lane, Milton Keynes, MK6 3AD.
Please note that we will still be running our Tuesday evening meditation sessions as well – nothing changes for them!
If you are interested in attending Dharma night (Thursdays) or Meditation night (Tuesdays) please contact us, as places are limited.
