This week we will be meditating together and continuing to look at the emotion of Fear. We will explore how we might become more fearless and how to deepen our Metta practice.

 

PLEASE NOTE NEW TIMES OF MEETING!

The group meets at The Well at Willen, Milton Keynes, MK15 9AA,  from 19:00 – 21:30 this Tuesday evening. No experience necessary. All welcome.
