We will be at Simpson Village Hall on Tuesday 20th February for a drop in meditation session. Don&#8217;t worry if you&#8217;re a beginner to meditation &#8211; we will help you get started. No need to bring anything with you: we provide chairs, cushions and blankets. No charge for the evening &#8211; but donations welcome if you can afford it, to cover costs of the hall.
