Introduction to Buddhism Course
A six week course run at the Cambridge Buddhist Centre to explore the teachings of Buddhism through short presentations and discussion, often with a short period of led meditation. No knowledge of meditation is required.
The course runs for 6 weeks and starts on Monday 16th April.
